Dome Withdrawal Conversion
ZAP was contracted to modify an existing dome withdrawal system and convert the reclaim system from a mechanical auger to an aerated floor. The dome aeration zones were sized to ensure the dome did not exceed the limits of the existing bin vents and pressure/vacuum relief system. ZAP wrote the control philosophy and performed the programming for the integration of the new aerated system into the plants PLC.
